Make checks payable to: “Holmes Horse Show Management.” No classes will be moved in the schedule. Please plan accordingly. PER THE JAMES B. HUNT HORSE COMPLEX, NO NAILS, SCREWS, STAPLES OR FIXTURES OF ANY KIND MAY BE INSTALLED IN ANY OF THE BARN AREAS. PROPERTY DAMAGE FEES WILL APPLY AND EXHIBITORS/STABLES WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY OF THE AFOREMENTIONED.

 

The Raleigh Spring Premier Horse Show (the “Competition”) will be operated in accordance with traditional Saddlebred, Morgan, Hackney and Roadster horse show rules. Should any question or dispute arise, which is not provided for in the following rules, the same shall be referred to Show Steward/Management, whose decision will be final.

The Show Manager will have the authority, at its discretion and without liability or recourse to the Competition, its management or officials, or the James B. Hunt Horse Complex, to refuse, accept conditionally or cancel any entries of any exhibitor.

The Show Manager will have the authority, at its discretion and without liability or recourse to the Competition, its management or officials, or the James B. Hunt Horse Complex, to bar any exhibitor, or his/her representatives, in the event of discourteous acts to a judge or any official of the Competition and he/she will have the authority to disqualify the entry of that exhibitor. In the event of such qualification, the exhibitor forfeits all fees paid as well as any prize money won.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS!!

Show Management policy is that no one listed on the SafeSport "Banned, Interim, Suspension or Restriction" lists will be allowed on the showgrounds at any time or for any purpose.

 

The safety of exhibitors and horses is of the utmost importance to Show Management.  Any actions, or inactions, compromising the health, safety or well-being of human and equine individuals WILL NOT be tolerated.  We rely on all those involved in the show, including, but not limited to, exhibitors, trainers, grooms, officials, staff, or spectators, to immediately report any unsafe/unethical behavior to the Show Steward/Show Management.  Such actions will cause immediate expulsion from the showgrounds.
