Please note that reservations for camping at the Governor James B. Hunt Horse Complex can only be made by participants of events promoted at this venue. If you are planning to camp with us, it is imperative that you are registered as a participant in one of the events hosted here.

 

To facilitate your reservation process, group codes for campsite bookings can be obtained through the event promoter. These group codes are necessary to secure your camping spot and ensure a smooth and seamless experience during your stay.

Things to keep in mind when making a reservation:

 

- Group codes are unique to each show and should not be shared anywhere online. HHC camping spots are for horse show participants only. If code is shared, there is the chance that no spots will be available during the show and spots may be occupied by football or hockey fans. NCSF Security and HHC staff will never give out codes by phone.

 

- Group codes begin on a Monday and extend through Saturday night (departing on Sunday). Use the guest portal to request early arrival or late departure.

 

- Same day reservations can be made onsite if space is remaining.

 

- HHC camping spots are narrow and do not allow for slides. The system will only issue a new reservation when the “No Slides” option is selected.

 

- Camping is restricted to use of only one trailer/rv per site and may not extend past the boundaries of that spot. All camping equipment and vehicles (if applicable) must be on the single campsite and not spread out into adjacent sites.

 

- Security will still need to unlock electric boxes upon move-in.

 

- All camping regulations listed and agreed to on the website must be followed. A substantiated violation of the rules and regulations may result in the cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property.

 

- All NCSF camping is now more visible on the internet and there will be more demand. The location of our camping, close to sporting events, concerts and downtown, make it attractive to travelers coming through the area and looking for a convenient and inexpensive place to stay.
